Course Description: Independent study of advanced topics in the field, regular conferences with a sponsor. Student’s progress determined by oral and/or written reports. May be repeated for credit; combined units of CHEM 5970 and CHEM 5980 may not exceed 13. Combined units of CHEM 5900, CHEM 5970 , CHEM 5980, and CHEM 5990 may not exceed 15.
