Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs)
Program Learning Outcome 1: Knowledge Base in Rehabilitation
Students will identify the major concepts, theoretical perspectives, historical trends, medical aspects, and empirical findings of the rehabilitation profession.
Program Learning Outcome 2: Scientific Inquiry and Critical Thinking
Students will identify and analyze observed problems, evaluate rehabilitation literature, apply evidence-based practice, and create individualized, culturally responsive service plans in rehabilitative service settings.
Program Learning Outcome 3: Professional Competence in Rehabilitation Services
Students will apply effective counseling skills and rehabilitation techniques, and demonstrate ethically and socially responsible behaviors in serving and advocating for diverse populations with rehabilitation needs.

Students will demonstrate professional communication skills and behaviors in contemporary workplace settings within the rehabilitation services profession.
