Our approach to SLOs in the past was more piecemeal skill-based. We decided, as a faculty, that this was more appropriate to individual courses and not to programmatic level SLOs that are meant to integrate course efforts across the graduate experience as a whole. Undergraduate and graduate SLOs were both fully revised to parallel one other, but at differing levels of sophistication, application and endeavor. Both sets of SLOs now reflect the end-of-program expectations for successful students and depend on multi-course contributions integrated across an entire program. 

As part of the Q2S process, the faculty reviewed and completely revised both the approach and the content of the Graduate Program SLOs so that they are less like individual course SLOs and are now dependent on multi-course contributions integrated across an entire program.
