Fit with the Institutional Mission or Institutional Learning Outcomes (ILOs)

The New Biology Program is a reorganization and streamlining of the existing Biology Program.  The five, newly created Options aim to improve the structure of the program and provide more clear paths towards graduation and ease advisement.  This restructure aims to positively impact student success as it reorganizes the courses within the areas of concentration or Options as defined.  Clarity and organization in the new Program will make for a more welcoming campus experience for students, improve graduation, and continuance rates.
