Rehabilitation Services, B.S.

The Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Services specializes in preparing students to work in a variety of occupational settings. In these settings, they will promote independence, integration, and full participation of individuals with rehabilitation needs in the workforce and the community. The program has a Major Core and two options: General Option and Option in Applied Behavior Analysis.

The total number of units for the Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Services is 120 semester units, of which 72 or 73 semester units are in the major. The major includes 24 or 25 lower division and 25 upper division units. Each option has an additional unique set of 23 semester units, including 8 fieldwork units. Some major requirements also count towards The General Education (GE) Requirements  . Consult with an advisor for the specific number of units required in all areas of the degree including GE and free electives. See the Undergraduate Studies: General Information section for information about General Education and other requirements concerning the units outside the major.

Advisement

Rehabilitation Services majors must contact an advisor by the end of the first semester of their junior year to draw up an official academic program.
