Course Description: This course is designed for new administrators who are enrolled in the Administrative Services Clear Induction Credential Program. The research-based coaching model focuses on self-assessment within the school context and leadership development. Each candidate receives individualized, job-embedded coaching for a minimum of 20 hours per semester. The course may be repeated up to four times for credit.
