Course Description: This course is designed for the new administrators enrolled in the Administrative Services Clear Induction Credential Program. Each candidate is provided with formative and summative assessment to measure leadership performance, professional growth and competence. A successful portfolio demonstrating competence in all CPSELs is required of each candidate at the end of the 4th semester. The course must be taken four times for credit.
