Course Description: This course is designed for new administrators enrolled in the Administrative Services Clear Induction Credential Program. Formal learning opportunities address common areas for all beginning administrators, as well as differentiated and informal learning experiences as identified in the Individual Induction Plan (IIP) and aligned with district goals. Each candidate participates in professional learning opportunities for a minimum of 10 hours per semester. The course must be taken four times for credit.
