Course Description: Course restricted to preservice candidates to be taken in block one of the program. Theoretical and practical aspects of instructional design along with developing skills and understandings required by prospective and beginning secondary school teachers for effective instructional planning implementation, assessment, classroom management, and evaluation of instructions; analysis of special instructional and curricular problems in secondary schools.
