Course Description: This course examines victimization’s relationship to crime, with emphasis on child abuse and family violence. It will explore issues in the victim’s rights movement and types of victimization. Special attention will be given to interventions and preventing secondary trauma. Some sections of this course may be taught hybrid on online. Credit Hours: 3 lecture hour(s) per week
