COUN 507 - Individual Clinical Counseling (3) Prerequisites: COUN 428, 557, or 448; 406 or 501; 505; 506; admission to school psychology or school counseling program or instructor/adviser consent; and evidence of current student liability insurance. Supervised individual career and personal counseling through the campus Counseling and Assessment clinic. Students implement theory, develop case management strategies, and develop their own counseling behavior. Lecture I hour, clinical field experience 3 hours scheduled plus 3 hours arranged. May be repeated to a maximum of 6 units for credit. Graded CR/NC.
