PHYS 4200 - Introduction to Computational Physics

Description Use of computers to create numerical laboratories of physical systems by Monte Carlo simulation, by molecular-dynamics simulation, by exact and approximate solutions of quantum dynamics, and by analysis of data bases.  Lecture 2 hrs, laboratory 3 hrs.
