Description Provides an introduction to statistics. Topics include statistical notation, descriptive procedures (tables, central tendency, variability), hypothesis testing, probability, inferential parametric and nonparametric procedures, written presentation of statistical results, and use of statistical software. Lecture 3 hours, laboratory 3 hours.
