Course Description: Examination of modern and ancient depositional environments through application of structural, petrologic, stratigraphic, and paleontologic principles. Sedimentological analysis of siliciclastic (mudstones, sandstones & conglomerates) and carbonate (limestones and dolomites) rocks.
