TECH 4160 - ISO 9000 and the Auditing

Prerequisite: Senior Standing or Permission of the Instructor. A study of ISO 9000 series of quality system standards with emphasis on manufacturing and service industry.  It addresses the standards interpretation, documentation, and creation of internal and external audits.  Lecture 2 hours, laboratory 3 hours.
