(4) Prerequisite: Sophomore standing. Introduction to the legal and regulatory environment of business, emphasizing the American legal system, contracts, sales, and related legal issues of international business. Instruction in computer-assisted legal research. Credit allowed for only one of FIN 203 and 205. Some sections may be technologically mediated.
