Minor In Real EstateThis program prepares non-Real Estate majors for a variety of real estate careers, including sales, investment, management, and mortgage banking. It meets the course requirements for the California Real Estate Salesperson Exam. A total of 20 units will be required for completion of this minor program. This program can be completed without any additional pre-requisites; however the electives FIN 381 and FIN 303 have the pre-requisites FIN 205 (Business Law) and ACCT 210 (Principles of Financial Accounting), respectively. Upon completion of course requirements, students will be awarded a Minor in Real Estate. This minor is open to all students completing a bachelor’s degree, except those completing a BSBA with an Option in Real Estate. |
