CHEM 5510 - Thermodynamics and Kinetics of Materials

Prerequisites: Either MATH 2150, PHYS 2200  and CHEM 4420  or CHEM/PHYS 4142.   The first component, thermodynamics, includes laws of thermodynamics, solution theory and equilibrium diagrams. The second component, kinetics, includes diffusion, phase transformations, and the development of microstructure.
